The aminhacasadeferias.com and amcf.pt websites, from AMCF, LDA. registered at the Commercial Registration Office of Portimão, NIPC 513 129 375, headquartered at Av. São Lourenço da Barrosa Turimar – Loja 3, Portimão.

The users of this site can make reservations or request information about the accommodations published here namely Availability and Price for the selected dates and later to make an effective reservation of the desired accommodation.

Communication
Our reservations department will reply as soon as possible by email mentioning the final total price to be paid (including VAT and all taxes if applicable). The indicated availability refers to the moment of response of said email, and can be changed at any time after the sending of the same. The answer will include the Amenities Included in the Price, leaving out all the amenities that do not exist in said accommodation. However all accommodation will benefit from: Bed linen and towels, toiletries; Inlet and outlet cleaning; Equipment: hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, magic wand and utensils necessary to cook and dine.

Children
In our accommodations Children are always welcome. In this sense we offer free Baby kit composed by crib, baby bath and high chair. The Baby Kit is subject to advance booking so we reserve the right not to provide this service if we do not have information of the same in advance. Please let us know in advance if you want the Baby Kit.

Reservation
To make a reservation it is necessary to make the Payment for Reservation. For any reservation it is necessary to make a payment of 50% of the total amount. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Multibanco Reference (only in Portugal), Credit Card or Paypal, requesting the data. Payments by Credit Card or Paypal add a 3.5% fee to the payment amount. For security reasons, Credit Card details must be provided to us over the phone when payment is not made in person and the card must be presented to us by the cardholder at check-in.

Invoice
If you would like a VAT number on the invoice, please inform us when making your reservation request. We reserve the right not to correct your invoice later if at the time of issuance of the same we do not have information about the taxpayer number, however the invoice will always be issued with the name associated with the reservation and the holder may associate his taxpayer to the finance portal (e-invoice).

Booking Cancellation
Once a reservation has been made, it can be canceled unilaterally by the holder of the reservation, respecting our Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the day of entry, the total amount paid for the reservation, except for the collection service fee for the amount already paid (3.5%), will be refunded to you in the same way, whenever possible, or by bank transfer. If canceled less than 60 days before the arrival date, we reserve the right not to refund the amount paid for the reservation.

Remaining Payment
The Remaining Payment must be settled on the day of arrival upon check-in by card or cash.

Security Deposit
The Security Deposit (to cover any damages) can be made by physical credit card or in cash. The Security Deposit will be refunded up to 7 days after the day of departure, if there are no damages to the accommodation. In case it was in cash, it will be refunded by bank transfer. We reserve the right to request higher deposit amounts upon arrival.

Check-in
When making a reservation please make note of the time and place for Check-in and Check-out. In some accommodations check-in takes place at a different location from the accommodation, and the times vary depending on the accommodation. However this information is always present in your reservation. When the check-in location is different from the accommodation, we will send you the address and the map, or the information and contact details, and their opening hours, if applicable. On arrival day you are expected to arrive earlier than the stipulated check-in time, please inform us in advance, all our guests can always come early if the accommodation is properly prepared.
